Smoke Clears: Return and Revenge
Smoke Clears: Return and Revenge Plot:
As the smoke of war in northern frontier gradually subsides, the heroism of countless warriors cannot be attributed to a single individual. The bones of fallen soldiers forge an everlasting triumph monument, while the protagonist mourns the fallen spirits over strong liquor. When ominous dragon-scale-like gleams appear, he returns home bringing the spirits of the fallen, determined to uncover the sealed family secrets—specifically, the eighteen scars of the Marquis of the North, whose family crest once hung on the city tower, now needing to be embroidered anew with the blood of enemies. Combining elements of an uprising and time travel, the story narrates a revenge seeker’s journey through history and time, seeking justice and self-identity.
