Through the Famine, My Family Thrives Plot:

An ordinary modern Chinese family is suddenly transported to an ancient countryside stricken by a severe famine. The overworked office-worker daughter, the only one with modern survival know-how, faces doubt from her traditional parents and clumsy elder brother. At first, they survive on bark and wild herbs, but with the daughter's guidance, they start selling pickled vegetables and handwoven bamboo crafts to earn money. They fend off greedy local bullies who try to seize their land, and eventually turn their desperate situation into a prosperous life by the end of the famine.
